The directory describes public proxy endpoints and their recent check results. A listing does not grant permission to use a network.

What the directory contains
Each entry includes an IP address, port, protocol and check time. Country, response time and anonymity are shown when available. Duplicate and expired entries are excluded from the list.
The methodology documents the current validation rules. A listing does not transfer ownership of an endpoint or grant permission to use its network.
Downloads and usage limits
Use TXT, CSV or JSON downloads to save a snapshot of the listed endpoints. The API reference explains filters, pagination and request limits. Downloaded files do not update themselves; check timestamps before using an entry.
No broader data license is granted by this page. Availability in the directory is not authorization from a proxy operator or destination website.
